Started our hiring platform in 2015 for software engineers in the JavaScript community.
We began by building trust with elite software engineers, starting in React and JavaScript before expanding into the broader engineering ecosystem.
From YC startups to FAANG, the hiring platform grew to 15M in revenue with no VC money.
That discipline shaped how we operate today: high-signal evaluation, deep technical networks, and a bias toward quality over volume.
In February 2024, we started building RLHF pipelines for frontier labs.
We brought the same engineering bar to AI data, building expert review systems for code, evals, agentic workflows, and post-training pipelines.
